Welcome to Bash and Blooms! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, Bashandblooms.com (the "Site") and the services we offer, including the rental of faux floral arrangements (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Site or Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To use our Site and Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. RENTAL TERMS

Rental Duration:
When rendering our services, the rental duration and applicable fees will be specified in your contract. You agree to return the rented items by the agreed-upon date.

Condition of Rental Items:
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of all rented floral arrangements and decor items. In the event of damage, loss, or theft, additional charges may apply. The partial or full amount of your 20% retainer will be used to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the items, as determined by Bash and Blooms.

Late Payments:
Payment is due within 5 days of contract execution. If payment isn’t received by the fifth day, you will forfeit your booking date and retainer.

Late Returns:
If rental items are not returned by the agreed date, a late fee may apply, as specified in your contract. Late fees may accrue on a daily basis.

Use of Items:
Our faux floral arrangements are for temporary use only. You agree not to alter, modify, or attempt to repair any items without prior written consent from Bash and Blooms.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Booking:
By signing a contract, you agree to pay the rental fees, taxes, delivery charges, and any applicable fees for damages, late returns, or other costs as outlined in your agreement.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Cash, Check, ACH, and Venmo. You agree to provide accurate payment information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total cost of your order.

Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel the rental agreement at any time. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, your retainer will be forfeited, but no further payments will be required. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, you will be liable for 50% of the total service fee.

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery:

We will deliver and set up rental items to the address provided at the time of booking. Delivery charges may apply and will be included in the total cost of your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services. You are responsible for ensuring that the event venue allows for decor setup and has the necessary permissions and insurance coverage.

Return of Items:
You agree to allow Bash and Blooms to collect rental items after the event, as outlined in your agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that items are returned safely and promptly.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of Bash and Blooms and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written permission.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

By using our Site and Services, you agree not to:

Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the Site or Services.
Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
